Important Notice for Practical Class Attendees
Emergency Notifications and Attendance Alerts

Are you attending a practical class and need to notify us of an emergency, alert, late arrival, or absence on the day of your class? We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we are here to help ensure your training experience remains smooth and uninterrupted.

If you find yourself in any of the following situations on the day of your practical class:

Emergency
Alert
Late Arrival
Absence

Please notify us promptly by emailing late@eietrainingcentre.ca. It is imperative that this is the email you use for such notifications. Other emails will not provide notice to instructors, and your information may not reach your educator.

To reiterate, the email to use is late@eietrainingcentre.ca. By keeping us informed through this specific email, we can make necessary adjustments and provide the best possible support to help you continue your training seamlessly.

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and helps us maintain a structured and efficient learning environment for everyone.

Once again, the email address to use for notifications is late@eietrainingcentre.ca.

Additionally students may call 780-466-5271 and DIAL EXTENSION 3 to leave a detailed recording that will providing notification to the educator. Extension 3 must be dialed to provide notice.

PORTAL CLASSES ADJUSTED
Laser Level 1, Laser Level 2

Dear Students,

We are excited to announce an important update to our laser classes in LW. The classes have been restructured and renamed to better reflect their content and progression:

Laser Level 1
Laser Level 2

These classes have been adjusted and will still include the training for Laser Theory, Laser Hair Removal, (Now Laser 1) and IPL and Laser Tattoo Removal (Now Laser 2)

All adjustments have been made and are now live on the portal! This will not affect your current class or progress in your training for these classes, however should you need support please email tech@eietrainingcentre.ca

NEW POLICY FOR CLASS ATTENDANCE
Updated Policy Now Live in the Student Code of Conduct/Student Handbook

We are pleased to announce a significant update to our class attendance policy, which is now live and available for you to read in the Student Code of Conduct/Student Handbook.

The updated policy includes important changes regarding:

Class attendance
No shows
Missed classes
Late arrivals

These adjustments have been made to enhance the learning experience and ensure a more structured and professional environment for all students. It is crucial that you familiarize yourself with these updates to understand your responsibilities and the expectations placed upon you.

For comprehensive details of the policy updates, please refer to the “Professionalism and Preparation” section of the Student Code of Conduct/Student Handbook.
