Application Requirements

Once completed, gather the remaining documentation listed below and upload all items into the online submission form below under the section "Submit your Application". 


Transcripts

You will need to provide a copy of your High School Transcript with passing marks in English 20 or an ESL Level 4 Certificate.

Essay

We're excited to learn more about you! As part of your application, please submit a 500-word essay on the topic:
Why I aspire to pursue a career in the beauty and wellness industry.

The essay must be uploaded as a PDF.


Government ID

Proof of identity is required.

Please submit a single document that includes your full name and photo (e.g., driver's license, passport).

Separate documents will not be accepted.

While your application is under review, we encourage you to explore the available payment options. After your application has been processed, we will discuss these options with you and guide you through the next steps. Please be aware that a non-refundable registration fee of $500.00 is required upon acceptance into a program.

If you are considering student aid, please promptly create an account with student aid, as account approval codes are mailed for new account creations and may take up to 10 or more business days to be provided to you.

If you're seeking Student Aid (available for our Full Esthetics and Advanced Clinical Esthetics Programs), kindly follow the instructions outlined in our complimentary online course, 'Applying for Student Aid.' This course will assist you throughout the Student Aid application process and offer guidance on the final steps after your funding application is approved.
   


Applying for Metis Funding

If you're seeking Metis Funding, we recommend following the instructions provided in our complimentary online course, 'Applying for MNA Funding.' This course will walk you through the necessary steps to become a member of the Metis Nation of Alberta and guide you in applying for funding for education and business start-up costs through your band.
