Graduation Date: Monday, June 24th, 2024

Check-In:

• All attendees must check in upon arrival.
• Guests will be required to provide the student’s name and/or show their ticket for entry.
• Students will also be required to provide their name at the door.

Location:

• The Bell in Scona (10416 80 Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T6E 5T7)
• Students and guests will enter and check in at the event entrance located to the left of the Main entrance door.
• An EIE staff member will assist with check-in and guide you to the ceremony event space upstairs.

Grad and Cap Gown Photos:

• Photos will start at 11:30 AM. To ensure you get your photo taken, please arrive on time or prior to.
• Doors open at 11:15 AM for students who wish to arrive early for photos.

Dress Code:

• Dress to impress. Wear your best outfit and inform your guests to do the same.

Ceremony Start:

• The ceremony will begin promptly at 12:00 PM.
• Doors open at 11:15 AM for students who wish to arrive early for photos.
• Please arrive early enough to take part in the grad and cap photos and be seated before the ceremony starts.

Parking:

• Do not park in the No Frills parking lot across the street from the event space.
• Multiple parking lots are located nearby; we encourage guests to use them to avoid fees/towing.

Photography/Videos:

• Photographs and videos will be taken throughout the day.
• You may be asked for mini-interviews and candid shots will be taken.
• Share your day with the student body using the hashtag #eiegrad2024
