What is a Room Rental?

A room rental at EIE Training Centre provides students with an independent space to conduct services and treatments.

This dedicated space, though not always a traditional room, offers students the opportunity to book and organize their own appointments with clients.

As an independent venture, students are responsible for communicating with their clients, ensuring they arrive for their appointments, and providing the requested services. This arrangement operates separately from the school, allowing students to manage their own sessions autonomously. Students are required to bring all necessary supplies and products for the services they offer, and to maintain a professional spa environment throughout the session.

Room Rental Booking Rates

  • Room rentals at EIE Training Centre are available for booking in 2-hour sessions at a rate of $30 per session.
  • A cleaning fee of $75 will be charged for any room left unclean after use. A cleaning list will be provided to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
  • Multiple sessions can be booked consecutively to accommodate longer service times or multiple appointments.

Important Information Regarding Room Rentals

Please note, that room rentals are available on a first come, first serve basis. Appointments must be booked online or through the front desk a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the requested time. Walk-ins are not permitted.

Arriving for your Rental

A. Please arrive as close to your booking time as possible. The rental time includes both your set up and clean down time.

B. Check in at the front desk upon your arrival. Inform them of which service (s) you will be providing and what time(s) your model/client (s) will be arriving and if you would like us to provide the consultation forms. Please note, that the front desk will seat your model/client in the lounge but will not inform you of their arrival.

C. Be mindful that there are clients receiving services and the spa must remain quiet and relaxing.

Rental Fees

A. Room rentals are $30 per 2 Hour Session. Rental fees must be paid in full to the spa before you leave. Your booking time includes both your set-up time and clean-up time.

B. Rooms must be left in the same condition as they were given to you. A $75 cleaning fee applies to any room deemed unclean.

Furniture and Equipment

EIE will provide the basic furniture and equipment necessary to complete the service(s) you specify in this form for the Room Rental. Depending on which service you specify, this will include but not be limited to:
  • Bed
  • Stool
  • Pedicure basin (s)
  • Manicure table
  • Steamer
  • Mag lamp
  • Towel Warmer
Any equipment that you require/ wish that is not listed above needs to be noted or selected in this form. Any equipment/furniture requests at the time of rental may not be available if they are not mentioned here.

Linens

The Room will be set up for service, if you require additional lines/towels please ask the front desk. Any towels/Lines used during your room rental will need to be put into the wash before you leave. And the bed’s re-made as when you arrived.

Product Usage

A. Students are required to bring their own product to perform service.

B. Supplies, including products and disposables, will not be provided through EIE; the classroom dispensary is off-limits.

C. Additional products are available for purchase through PROBEAUTY Group.

Student Policies

Please ensure you read and understand the policies for both students and models.

Please arrive as close to your booking time as possible. Be mindful that there are clients receiving services and the spa must remain quiet and relaxing.


Uniform

Students are required to be in uniform with name tags at all times in our facilities. Please note, our student dress code is strictly enforced and students may be asked to change or leave the facility if proper attire is not worn.

Food and Drink

You may have a sealed water bottle at your station. Absolutely no outside food or drink should be present during a service. This applies to both the student and the model/client.

Model Fees

Students are responsible for collecting their own fees from their models should they wish to charge for the service. 

Scheduling

Every appointment must be scheduled to be completed 30 minutes prior to closing time to allow for complete cleanup of station as per the checklist provided. 

Damages

It is the student's responsibility to pay for any damage and subsequent cost to either repairs or replace EIE property that is damaged during their rental. 

Cleaning

There will be cleaning products available in every room to allow for you to thoroughly sanitize and disinfect your station to the highest standards. Please notify front desk staff if supplies are running low. Stations that are deemed unclean will result in a $75 cleaning fee being applied to your account.

Arriving for an Appointment

Please arrive early for your appointment to ensure punctuality. We have a waiting room available for your convenience.

Food and Drink

You may have a sealed water bottle at your station. Absolutely no outside food or drink should be present during a service. This applies to both the student and model/client. 

Model Fees

Students are responsible for collecting their own fees from their models should they wish to charge for the service. 

Arrive Alone

Please arrive at your appointment alone. If you received a ride, please have your driver wait outside for the duration of your visit. Children are not permitted within the facility. 

Personal Belongings

Please hang up your outer wear and place your footwear in our designated closets. Disposable slippers will be provided. 

Stay Warm

Bring a sweater to stay cozy! At this time, we will not be using blankets in our treatment rooms.
