Student Spa *Updates*

Updates have been made to the requirements of student spa including student spa shift policies. Please read the updates prior to your student spa shift to ensure you are prepared to attend student spa!

When booking your practical class dates in Vagaro, don’t forget to use your DISCOUNT CODE at checkout!   

We have recently added payment processing to Vagaro (our practical class and spa booking platform). If you are looking to book in for a class that you are required to book yourself, you will find a discount code within your online theory on the Book Your Hands-on Training page.  

Discount codes will allow students to make one booking for a practical class. If you are in a full program, your advisor will have claimed your discount code for you when creating your practical training schedule. If you choose to reschedule or cancel without proper notice, a rescheduling fee of $150 will apply. Please see your Student Handbook for more information on this topic.  

If you do not use your code and purchase a practical class in error, you may be charged a Refund Processing Fee of $75 + GST as per S.21E in the Student Handbook.   

Please email advisor@eietrainingcentre.ca to request a refund and include the class(es) and dates.  Refunds are processed on the 25th of each month.   

If you were notified to book your practical training dates on your own, specifically for the Skills Exhibit, Be Well, etc., you will need to locate the code within your course. 

 If there is no code present in your course, please notify tech@eietrainingcentre.ca and indicate the class name (ie. Waxing 0520, Advanced Facials 1020, etc) to have the error resolved.
