IMPORTANT UPDATE: STUDENT SPA REQUEST PROCESS CHANGES EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2025
At EIE Training Centre, we are always striving to enhance the student experience and ensure the smooth operation of our Student Spa. To improve efficiency and streamline scheduling, we are implementing important changes to the Student Spa request process, effective May 1, 2025.
Key Changes to Note:
1. Self-Booking for Student Spa Sessions
Starting May 1, students will have the ability to self-book their Student Spa sessions rather than submitting general shift requests. This change will allow for greater flexibility and quicker scheduling. More details on how to access the self-booking system will be shared soon!
2. No General Student Spa Requests Until May 1
Until the self-booking system is in place, we are no longer accepting general Student Spa shift requests. If you have already submitted a request and have not received a response, don’t worry—the Student Spa Manager is currently working through the backlog and will be in touch with available dates as soon as possible.
3. Updated Request Form for Missed In-Class Model Appointments
The Student Spa Request Form will now be used only for requesting additional shifts to make up missed in-class model appointments. If you need to make up a missed session, you must complete the updated request form.

Important Note: Your requested dates are not guaranteed. The Student Spa Manager will follow up within 7 days to confirm available dates based on scheduling and availability.
